The role of a Front Office Manager is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences at luxury hotels. This position involves being part of a team that embodies the service standards that set us apart as leading brands.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless arrivals and departures, fostering a culture of respect and trust.
- Develop plans to prioritize workload, meet service goals, and drive financial success.
- Respond to guest concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage staffing levels to meet business needs while supporting operational and financial objectives.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prior experience as a Front Office manager in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Familiarity with Marriott International systems and standards is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
