As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our digital and data delivery capabilities, working closely with a diverse range of international clients to develop innovative solutions that shape the future.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the maintenance and configuration of engineering design applications across projects.
- Apply, configure, and maintain Aurecon, client, and project standards within engineering systems design tools.
- Provide general project support for Engineering Systems, including project setup, system configuration, user support, and deployment of design tool standards.
- Comply with Aurecon Information Standards and client handover requirements.
- Assist with project systems documentation and create and maintain knowledge articles and QRGs for common support items.
- Manage vendor support tickets.
- Experience in Computer-Aided Design software and/or Database systems.
- Familiarity with Bentley MicroStation and other Power Platform applications.
- Autodesk AutoCAD experience.
- Preferred experience with document management systems, including Bentley ProjectWise and AutoDesk Vault.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with using CAD applications.
- IT Enterprise systems support experience.
- Understanding of software development tools, including GitLab and JIRA.
- Understanding of quality/document control and management.
- VBA/LISP and other coding languages applied to CAD applications.
- Understanding of engineering design practices and project lifecycle.
- Ability to actively participate within a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible working arrangements to consider how, when, and where you work and how you can perform at your best.
- Working holiday initiative – to give you the opportunity to work in another country for up to 4 weeks annually if you have work rights for that country.
