Human Resources Director

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This role will be critical to centralising and implementing group recruitment strategies, policies, processes, and activities.
Salary PackageThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $95K + superannuation, plus up to $5K in bonuses per annum. This represents a total remuneration package of approximately $100K+
Job DescriptionThis role involves dealing with HR issues and developing strategies for staff retention, assisting business leaders to support them in HR & Operations Function administration, and legislation. The ideal candidate will also continually improve office policies and procedures, ensure standards are maintained across the network, manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, and collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering. You should also demonstrate experience in implementing HR strategies, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ideally have experience as an HR Manager within a construction/development company and understand the contracts.
