Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of a new food manufacturing facility in Sydney's West.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project development, from concept to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

  • Project Oversight & Management: Lead cross-functional teams through project phases, from feasibility studies and design development to construction and commissioning.
  • Facility Design & Development: Collaborate with architects and engineers to create optimized layouts, flow diagrams, and configurations that meet industry standards and best practices.
  • Installation & Commissioning: Oversee site preparation, utility hookups, equipment installation, and startup activities, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and technical contacts to drive project success and minimize risks.
  • Sustainability & Continuous Improvement: Embed sustainable practices and waste reduction strategies into facility operations, driving environmental stewardship and long-term cost savings.

This is a critical role that will have a significant impact on our company's growth plans. You are a seasoned project manager with experience in managing complex projects within the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.
