Food and Beverage Supervisor

The In Room Dining Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our In Room Dining service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the day-to-day running of In Room Dining, focusing on effective team communication to enhance the customer experience.
- Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
- Display hands-on leadership and lead by example.
- Be organized and understand room movements, amenity lists, and other daily priorities to ensure a seamless operation.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure they can perform at their best.
- Ensure the team is working collaboratively to meet and anticipate guest needs.
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies.
- Champion brand standards to ensure consistency, quality, and luxury service is delivered to all guests.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and identify training needs of the team.
- Clear and professional language.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, preferably in In Room Dining.
- Experience in a leadership position.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members.
