About the Opportunity:

We are seeking expressions of interest from Registered Nurses for our Residential Aged Care facilities in Western Australia. You will be responsible for providing quality resident-focused and clinical care utilizing a person-centered approach.

  • Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values.
  • Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families.
  • Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • Recognized tertiary qualification and current full Registered Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated record of achievement, working in Residential Aged Care is preferred.
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance and OR a valid police check.
