Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a dedicated professional to support participants across the Albury/Wodonga region in their NDIS plans. This part-time, work-from-home role offers flexibility and allows individuals to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist participants in understanding and implementing their individualized NDIS plans.
  • Coordinate various supports and services to meet specific goals and objectives.
  • Enhance participants' capacity to manage their own supports over time.
  • Establish effective relationships with service providers, allied health professionals, and community organizations.
  • Monitor plan budgets to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to participants and relevant authorities.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, compassionate, and able to work independently while building strong relationships with participants and their care teams.
