**The Role**:
Full-time & Part time Roles available
**Salary**:  $80K-$85K + 11% super

**Key Responsibilities**:
Consumer centred assessments, therapy and outcomes
Individualised reablement and restorative interventions
Pain management, falls prevention and evidenced based exercise programs.
Equipment prescription and safety assessments

- What you’ll need:

- Diploma or higher for support coordinators
- Recognised tertiary degree (PHYSIO & OT)
- AHPRA registration (PHYSIO & OT)
- Full working rights in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module “(Quality, Safety and You” certificate)
- Current season Influenza vaccination
- COVID vaccinations and Booster

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Subcontract, Casual, Temp to perm, Graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $68,636.16 - $91,153.65 per year
