About the Role

This is a position for a skilled professional to design and deliver solutions across product experiences.

As a key player in designing and delivering solutions, you will work closely with engineers in small teams to prepare designs and requirements, and manage the build and delivery of new features and improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers during the development cycle, coordinating in-flight work, reviewing completed work, and owning team delivery.
  • Work with engineers to break down complex technical tasks into smaller, deliverable pieces and prepare requirements.
  • Prepare high-level concept designs to review internally and detailed designs, working with the product team to define scope.
  • Attend team meetings to clarify scope, test ideas, and collect feedback.
  • Establish and promote guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Contribute to release notes.
  • Monitor support for issues raised by customer teams, perform triage, and resolve fixes if required.
Requirements
  • Experience working with product managers and engineers to plan, prioritize, and deliver work.
  • Proficiency in Figma, creating UI libraries, and design systems, with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
  • Experience in web app and/or mobile app design.
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • A basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting deadlines. Can resourcefully solve problems, and make pragmatic trade-offs while taking into account multiple factors.
