As a result of their continued growth, they are seeking a determined and driven Senior Accounts Payable Officer to cross-check payments and expenses in an automated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting through to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Data entry and checking of inventory, expenses, and reimbursements
* Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correct Accounts Payable process is being adhered to
* Reconciliation of supplier statements and follow-up on any anomalies
* Ad-hoc projects, reporting, or administration tasks as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in the following areas:
* Ideally two years of experience working in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment
* A keen eye for detail
* Enjoy working on continual improvement of processes to increase efficiency
* A naturally bright and sunny nature with a curious approach to work
* Genuine team player who thrives in a busy environment
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* A desire to step up to a Team Leader capacity in the future
