Lead Culinary Expert

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and protocols
  • Manage inventory, costs, and operational reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience in a senior culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality venue
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Diploma of Hospitality, HACCP Certification, and Australian Culinary Federation qualification preferred
  • Proven leadership in managing and motivating diverse culinary teams
  • A passion for innovative cuisine and creative flair
  • Knowledge of financial and business operations
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
