Drive kitchen operations to meet financial goals, profit margins, and business growthOversee menu planning and design, ensuring consistent, high-quality, fresh offeringsEnsure compliance with HACCP and Food Safety standardsManage inventory, COGS, labour costs, and P&L reportingRecruit, train, and develop team members to ensure culinary success More about you Experience in a similar role within a restaurant venueMinimum Certificate IV in Commercial CookeryDiploma of Hospitality, HACCP Certification, and Australian Culinary Federation qualification preferredExtensive experience in menu planning and designProven leadership in managing and motivating diverse culinary teamsA passion for food and creative flairKnowledge of financial and business operationsAbility to work a 7-day rotating roster Who we are Melbourne Airport is a key transportation hub in Australia, facilitating travel for millions annually.
