About the Role:
As a Program Leader - Community Supports, you'll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our disability support programs. You'll oversee a dedicated team, ensuring that services are tailored to meet each individual's unique needs while adhering to NDIS regulations and industry standards.

This is a dynamic leadership role where you'll collaborate with internal teams, empower staff, and drive positive outcomes for participants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and implement community support programs in line with participant goals and organisational objectives.
- Support and mentor staff, ensuring ongoing development through coaching and training.
- Manage resources and program schedules to ensure effective service delivery.
- Advocate for participant rights and empower them to make informed decisions about their care.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, maintaining high-quality, ethical practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, rostering, business support) and external partners to foster smooth operations.

About You:
**Essential**:

- Certificate III in Disability, Community Services, or a related field (and willingness to obtain) or at least 3 years of experience in Disability Services.
- In-depth knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS funding and compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Compassionate and committed to delivering person-centered care

**Desirable**:

- Tertiary qualification in Social Science, Health or a related field.
- Experience in setting up new services and managing multiple sites.

**Requirements**:

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Current NSW Working with Children's Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Police Check
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
