Job Title: Manufacturing Team Leader

">Job Description:

The role of the Manufacturing Team Leader is to oversee the efficient production of goods. This involves planning and coordinating the work of a team to meet production schedules.

The Manufacturing Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that production processes are safe, efficient and effective. This includes overseeing quality control and resolving any issues that may arise during production.

In addition to managing production processes, the Manufacturing Team Leader will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of staff. This will involve providing guidance, training and support to help staff members achieve their full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as manufacturing, engineering or business
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with digital computer systems and general business acumen, including presentation skills
