  • Keep records in CRM and contribute market insights to monthly sales meetings.
  • Support internal teams with product knowledge and market updates.

Key qualifications include:

  • A proven track record in architectural specification, business development, or technical sales within the building industry.
  • Commercial acumen: winning work and making it profitable.
  • Excellent communication skills and influence at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM systems, data management tools, and MS Office.
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications.
  • Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused with a collaborative mindset.
