We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Sport and Leisure Services team in various roles including Swim Instructor, Duty Officer – Aquatics, and Fitness Trainer.

Responsibilities:

Swim Instructor:
  • Teach all levels of swimming instruction.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students participating in Learn to Swim Classes.
  • Maintain swim instruction standards in compliance with centre procedures and Austswim/Swim Australia standards.
Duty Officer Aquatics:
  • Provide on-site day-to-day supervision of lifeguards ensuring public safety is maintained.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene of all areas, supported by cleaning schedules.
  • Ensure all WH&S procedure checklists and inspections are completed.
Fitness Trainer:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and prospective members.
  • Provide exercise education and goal setting for our Leisure Centre customers.
  • Support member retention, fitness promotions, and member inductions.
