Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and trustworthy individual to join our small yet high-achieving team in Alice Springs. The successful candidate will be part of a structured mentoring program, gaining hands-on training within the despatch, customer service, and sales departments.

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday - Friday with some reasonable additional hours depending on business requirements. You will work closely with our management team to gain insight into the day-to-day running of the branch and have the opportunity to take on management duties within the next 3-5 years.

The role involves assisting valued customers in selecting products and providing advice on product-related projects. You will also assist the team with stock control and liaise with customers to ensure products are ready for pick up or transport in a timely manner. Additionally, you will develop and maintain relationships with our trade and retail customers both locally and regionally, ensuring that their orders are processed efficiently and effectively.
