Innovative Academic Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Associate Professor to join our team and lead excellence in teaching and research within the School, University, and across professional, commercial, and industry sectors.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering original and innovative contributions that advance the School's scholarly, research, and professional capabilities at both national and international levels. They will also contribute strongly to teaching and learning, with a focus on improving student outcomes.
- About the Role:
- This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated academic leader who can drive strategic direction and innovation within the Department, School, College, and University.
- You will be responsible for providing academic leadership, directing award programs, implementing program improvements, and developing collaborative research teams.
- Nationally recognised research track record including substantial record of research outputs in high quality outlets and emerging international recognition in construction management, digital transformation in construction, and building engineering.
- Extensive experience in research leadership with ability to build and develop collaborative research teams, mentor academic staff to deliver high quality outcomes, attract and secure external research funding to sustain research effort, manage funded research projects including complex budgets and reporting requirements.
- Proven ability as an effective member of a management team that develops and achieves shared goals and objectives.
