Corporate Tax Director

The Role:

This is an opportunity to lead a team of experts in corporate tax, driving strategic growth and delivering exceptional client service.

As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of technical tax advice, reports, and client-facing documents. You will also execute tax strategies and structuring solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation and review of technical tax advice, reports, and client-facing documents.
  • Oversee the execution of tax strategies and structuring solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on M&A transactions, including tax due diligence, structuring, and reviewing sale & purchase agreements.
  • Manage corporate tax compliance, including overseeing the preparation and review of income tax returns.
  • Identify potential risks and ensure adherence to both global and local quality control and risk management processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of leadership experience in Corporate Tax, ideally gained in a Big 4 firm or a similar top-tier professional services environment.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as CA, or a law degree with a tertiary qualification in Tax.
