We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team in a rural generalist model. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care across acute, ED, and aged care settings.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced RNs looking to expand their rural and emergency nursing skills in a hands-on, highly varied environment. You will work collaboratively with a tight-knit team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support the needs of our community.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be adaptable and flexible, and have a passion for making a real impact in a rural health setting.

About the Role
  • Delivering person-centred care across acute, ED, and aged care settings
  • Responding to a broad range of presentations, from minor injuries to cardiac and trauma
  • Taking clinical leadership as RN-in-Charge on shift
  • Collaborating with telehealth and virtual care teams for safe emergency management
  • Supporting residents and their families with compassionate care that respects their stories and experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA-registered and experienced in acute or emergency settings
  • Confident working across aged care, ED, and acute care in a rural generalist model
  • Adaptable, self-directed, and calm under pressure
  • Committed to teamwork and collaborative care
  • Passionate about making a real impact in a rural health setting
