About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our Google Cloud team. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our Google Cloud products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system and network configuration issues to resolve customer problems on Google Cloud Platform products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Google's product technology and networked application architectures to provide expert-level support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud services.
  • Work as part of a global team to ensure customer support and satisfaction.
  • Be flexible with working hours and manage regular weekend duties.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math, or equivalent practical experience in technical support, professional services, software development, or product operations management.
  • 4 years of experience reading or debugging code, with expertise in Java, C, C++,.NET, Python, Shell, Perl, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with cloud-based serverless, storage, and developer tools technologies, as well as SQL database administration, Google App Engine, open source software communities, Cloud networking solutions, or distributed computing technology.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin, with excellent customer-facing skills.
