IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT professional to fill a key role in our Support Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and Payroll systems, analyzing and resolving Level 2 incidents, and providing solutions that enhance the productivity of our HR, Payroll and IT teams.
This role will also involve managing user access and permissions across multiple systems, maintaining accurate records of all system updates and changes, and providing training and documentation to users on new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE OF HR AND PAYROLL SYSTEMS
- ANALYZE AND RESOLVE LEVEL 2 INCIDENTS TO ENSURE MINIMAL DISRUPTION TO BUSINESS OPERATIONS
- PROVIDE TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATION TO USERS ON NEW SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES
- MANAGE USER ACCESS AND PERMISSIONS ACROSS MULTIPLE SYSTEMS
- MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF ALL SYSTEM UPDATES AND CHANGES
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in a similar Level 2 support or analyst role, preferably within HRIS or Payroll environments
- Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll process and data structures
- Proficiency in user administration and access control
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
