We're seeking a skilled Associate Technical Director, Substations Design to join our team. As a vital part of the organization changing the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable, your ideas will shape the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering Results & Building Relationships
  • Responsible for achievement of revenue and utilisation targets, developing client proposals and tenders in conjunction with Business Development.
Project Execution
  • Accountable for the overall success of projects assigned by the Technical Director.
  • Accountable for effective closeout of projects and debrief on all projects with the client.
Financial Management
  • Manage project profitability and financial contribution.
Leadership & Development
  • Responsible for leadership, management, development, and motivation of a small team.

As an Associate Technical Director, Substations Design, you'll have a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future. We value each of our team members bringing something different to the organization.

We're looking for degree-qualified Electrical Engineers or Civil Engineers with extensive experience in electrical engineering professional/technical primary or secondary substation design and high voltage (400-500KVA).

Strong engineering consulting and client management skills, experienced in delivering major and/or complex design projects, are essential.

Excellent communication skills, commercial, analytical, and technical skills, and a strong client focus are also required.
