About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Corporate Counsel to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our Marketing, Digital and Service business units, you will play a vital role in providing support and service to our teams, including reviewing marketing materials and preparing offer and competition terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and advise on marketing collateral and advertising
  • Prepare offer and competition terms and conditions
  • Act as a key legal contact for specific marketing launches
  • Provide strategic advice and risk analysis for key areas of TPG
  • Deliver timely, creative and commercially astute strategic legal advice and support
  • Act as a trusted adviser to key stakeholders, anticipating business, legal and regulatory issues
  • Build effective relationships and positively influence TPG stakeholders
  • Assist in training key stakeholders on advertising law issues
  • Provide support to the Head of the Marketing, Digital and Sales Channels Legal Team, the General Counsel and Group Executive Legal & External Affairs
Requirements
  • Law degree with 1-2 years post-admission experience
  • Proficiency in applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Strong intellect, well-developed analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Strong communication skills
