Home Lending Specialist Role

Join a dynamic team as a Home Lending Specialist, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building relationships with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.

This role requires extensive experience in customer service or sales, a high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues quickly. You should also have highly developed credit analysis skills and an understanding of small business offerings.

As a Home Lending Specialist, you will work closely with customers to guide them through the lending process, provide personalized advice, and help them achieve their financial goals. You will also be responsible for building a pipeline of lending leads, nurturing relationships throughout the buying journey, and driving growth.
