Role

Finance Officer - Accounts Receivable to join our supportive Finance team.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage high-volume, end-to-end accounts receivable processes.
  • Maintain accurate debtor records and issue invoices promptly.
  • Complete daily banking and bank reconciliations.
  • Proactively follow up overdue accounts and manage collections.
  • Contribute to automation projects, system upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for
  • Qualifications and/or experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong debtor management, collections, and customer service skills.
  • Adaptability and confidence in working with evolving systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Experience with accounting systems and intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Desirable
  • Experience in aged care, community, or wellness services.
  • Understanding and empathy for the needs of older people.
Position Requirements
  • Current satisfactory National Police Check
  • COVID-19 vaccination and influenza vaccination encouraged
