Operational Excellence Manager

Our team prides itself on building close partnerships with dealers to provide cost-effective crop solutions.

We deliver a full line of fertilizers designed to boost crop performance and help growers reach their yields. As Operational Excellence Manager, you will take ownership of our terminal operations and drive operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have strong skills and knowledge to lead complex operations in the fertiliser industry. They will be responsible for aligning operations with our organisational vision, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing risk and quality within a strong EH&S culture, and leading innovation and operational excellence across our port warehousing network.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the Fertiliser industry, a background in developing and managing 3PL relationships, and a proven record of managing P&L. They will also have demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking.
