Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead our terminal operations and ensure efficient storage and dispatch capacity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of organisational operations aligned with strategic vision
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business
  • Risk management and quality assurance within a strong EH&S culture
  • Leadership of operational excellence across our port warehousing network

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Innovative thinker with strong skills and knowledge to lead complex operations
  • Proven ability to build relationships across global teams and 3PL partners
  • Cultural fit with a collaborative team environment
  • Commitment to safety and quality as a priority

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Experience in the fertiliser industry
  • Background in developing and managing 3PL relationships
  • Record of managing P&L
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking
