Job Description

Koch Fertiliser Australia is a leading fertiliser company with a strong presence on the East Coast of Australia. Our business prides itself on blending local knowledge and expertise with global backing to deliver cost-effective, market-specific crop solutions that help farmers improve productivity.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Terminal Operations team. As General Manager - Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operational storage and dispatch capacity to deliver superior customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align operations with the organisational vision
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage risk and quality within a strong EH&S culture
  • Lead innovation and operational excellence across our port warehousing network

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will have a proven track record of leading complex operations in the fertiliser industry. Your qualifications include:

  • Critical thinking to solve complex operational challenges

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience within the Fertiliser industry
  • Background of developing and managing 3PL relationships
  • Proven record of managing P&L
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking
