About the Opportunity:
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for streamlining and automating Accounts Payable processes, managing the AP mailbox, and ensuring timely workflow routing of vendor invoices.
They will process and code inventory and non-inventory invoices in NetSuite, including PO and GRN matching, and run and reconcile weekly payment batches, both domestic and international.
This role involves leading monthly vendor reconciliations, collaborating with operations, logistics, and procurement teams, and driving automation initiatives to reduce manual touchpoints and cut AP cycle time.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) roles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Proven success in AP process automation and implementing tools or redesigning workflows
- Strong reconciliation, data accuracy, and vendor management skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication across finance and non-finance teams
