About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd - D81. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other Sales Operations Managers to support the business unit's weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly cadence, performance management, annual goals, budgeting, and ongoing forecasting processes.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and deliver/present forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, insights, and dashboards to drive key business decisions across ANZ.
  • Lead the development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to AWS senior management regarding strategic initiatives, partner segment performance, performance against goals, etc.
  • Drive insights and strategic projects to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness within the Sales Operations team and in the field.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
