About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Systems Specialist to join our IT Applications team at Allens. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and upgrading our portfolio of enterprise applications, both on-premise and cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing new enterprise applications that align with the strategic objectives of the firm.
  • Providing ongoing support for all operational aspects of the firm's enterprise applications.
  • Planning and executing upgrades for existing enterprise applications to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
  • Managing both on-premise and cloud-based systems ensuring their optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborating closely with various stakeholders including vendors, internal teams, and end-users to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
  • Developing technical documentation such as system configurations, procedures, process maps.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the firm's application ecosystems.

About You

You will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer within a large-scale organization.
  • Extensive knowledge in enterprise application implementation, support, upgrades along with on-premise and cloud-based systems management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information.
  • Experience in a professional services environment will be highly valued.
