">About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced individual with an employee relations or investigative background to join our Employee Relations Workplace Investigations team.
">The role will be a strategic partner to, and key liaison between, the Global Employment Law and Employee Relations teams. The position will be primarily responsible for conducting complex global workplace investigations including allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation under the guidance of the Global Employment Law team, while fostering key principles of Employee Relations.
">This is a unique opportunity to work on challenging legal and employee relations issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Conducting and leading complex global workplace investigations from intake through completion, including developing investigation strategies, conducting witness interviews, analyzing electronic and written records, drafting reports, and communicating findings.
">Knowledge of and experience working with Australian employment law/employment practices is mandatory; experience with other APJ countries is a plus.
">Ability to become a trusted partner to various teams including Global Employment Law, Global People Team, and Ethics & Compliance.
">Strong communication skills with key stakeholders.
">Data analysis skills to improve investigative processes, case tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
">Ability to navigate through ambiguity and promote ethical business standards.
