Description:

  • Leading a team of professionals, including mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance
  • Delivering private sector approvals across various scales
  • Engaging with clients on master planning, precinct planning, or regional planning projects
  • Focusing on infrastructure's role in land use planning
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams
  • Preparing high-quality reports
  • Managing commercial risks and opportunities

Fundamentals we require:

  • Experience with NSW statutory and strategic planning
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
  • Able to lead and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Current driver's license
  • Background in navigating DA's, SSD's, or strategic planning at development scale
