About the Role

This role is perfect for an ambitious accounting professional looking to transition from a Business Services environment and make their mark in the Sydney Property market. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering robust financial reporting, forecasting, and budget support.

Duties
  • Prepare month-end, half-year-end, and full-year-end reporting packages.
  • Complete outgoing statements and annual outgoings, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Develop and deliver actionable forecasting and budget support to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain tax and accounting schedules, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Review profit and loss statements, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review AP/AR deliverables, driving process efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Business Services or Property Accounting, with a willingness to adapt and grow.
  • CA or CPA qualification, with a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A commercial mindset, with a talent for analyzing complex data and developing insightful recommendations.

The estimated salary range for this position is AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
