Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in defining and implementing a strategic roadmap that aligns with corporate functions and business objectives.

As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, configure, and test solutions for operational issues, enhancements, and incident response challenges, providing business and project support. You will work closely with the business and external vendors to develop effective system solutions for business requirements, maximizing ecosystems.

You will also be responsible for designing and documenting business requirements, functional design documents, and business cases for proposed work, ensuring best practices and consulting on options. Additionally, you will review, refine, and assess enhancement backlogs and proactively identify business process improvements.

Candidates must have experience as a Business Analyst in a Digital/Technology environment, with a strong understanding of SAP, digital solutions, and process optimization. Key skills include experience with modern digital solutions, including cloud platforms, AI applications, automation tools, and system integrations, as well as excellent communication and facilitation skills.
