Learning Program Leader

We are seeking an Educator to join our team at a reputable early childhood service. This is a permanent full-time position in a 98-place facility, working with children from 6 weeks to five years old across multiple rooms.
As an Educator in this setting, you will receive dedicated support from the leadership team. This collaborative approach ensures that we deliver high-quality educational practices and create an environment where you will flourish.
About the Role- Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning programs for children from 6 weeks to five years old.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure high-quality educational practices.
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and active participation.
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Essential).
- Be available to work full-time (Mon-Fri).
- Hold a Valid Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain.
- Have a Current First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain.
