Learning Program Leader

As a Director of Educational Programs, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experience for children.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs aligned with approved frameworks.
- Ensure that children's learning and development inform the design of our education program.
- Maintain effective relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders to promote a collaborative environment.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to enhance their understanding of the education program and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with policies and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Hold a relevant diploma or degree equivalent to a Diploma in Children's Services.
- Possess sound experience working in Early Childhood Education and Care settings.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the approved learning framework and its application.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive team environment.
- Be able to motivate and guide others towards achieving their full potential.
- Contribute to creating a high-quality learning environment that promotes children's well-being and development.
