Collaborative Partnership Coordinator

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting educators and teachers in establishing robust collaborative partnerships with families. You will be expected to foster a culture of open communication and trust, ensuring that the needs of children and families are met.

A key aspect of this position is coaching and mentoring staff to deliver high-quality educational programs. This requires expertise in staff development and the ability to inspire others to achieve excellence.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, be proactive in your day-to-day work, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Establishing rapport with people and leveraging this to engage in critical reflection around professional growth and development is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers and educators in building collaborative partnerships with families
  • Coach and mentor staff to provide high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement a quality educational program that meets the needs of children and families
  • Work collaboratively with the program leader to achieve program goals
