Lead Water Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Water Infrastructure Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Water business, you will be responsible for leading and delivering large-scale water infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned project manager to leverage their expertise and passion for water infrastructure to drive success in our Water business. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders, including engineers, consultants, and clients, to deliver complex projects that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to sustainable outcomes.

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale water infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Develop and lead high-performing project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading water infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of water infrastructure engineering principles, practices, and industry trends.
  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Client Focus: Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
