About the Role

Our organization is seeking a strategic leader to play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving business outcomes.

The successful candidate will lead the development, implementation, and delivery of organizational design initiatives that achieve transformational outcomes.

  • Design and implement organizational structures and processes that enhance efficiency, agility, and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert advice on organizational design and changes, including restructuring, job redesign, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

As our Organizational Design Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing organizational design strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
  3. Designing and implementing organizational changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 6-plus years of experience in organizational design, development, and change management roles.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, design principles, and change management methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
