Job Overview

Aurora's Software Solutions team is developing a global investment analytics platform for the energy transition. The platform has been widely adopted by leading energy companies and investors, revolutionizing energy market analytics.

The Client Solutions team sits at the critical interface between end-users and software development teams. As Aurora expands its software presence in APAC, this team is essential to driving growth.

We are seeking a driven analyst to join the Client Solutions team in Melbourne and provide support to software customers within the APAC region. The successful candidate will combine analytical ability with excellent communication skills and a passion to work with energy sector clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support developers, utilities, and funds in integrating Aurora's software products into their decision-making processes.
  • Meet with clients in-person and virtually to build relationships and grow the client base in APAC.
  • Guide customers in using the Aurora software suite to conduct asset valuations and construct long-term power market scenarios.
  • Troubleshoot client requests and help interpret complex results using power markets knowledge and data analysis skills.
  • Onboard new accounts and develop deep knowledge about their use cases for our products.
  • Represent the client voice internally and convey feedback to refine product roadmaps.
  • Contribute to knowledge building and expanding the capabilities of the team.
