Job OverviewThis role seeks an experienced educator who can lead curriculum design and delivery across Years 7–12, embedding evidence-informed teaching practices and promoting academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum framework for all year levels.
- Drive curriculum innovation and instructional quality through coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure alignment in assessment, reporting and learning management systems to support effective teaching and learning.
- Monitor student progress, evaluate impact and enhance outcomes through data analysis and quality assurance processes.
- A visionary leader with expertise in curriculum development and pedagogy.
- Strategic thinker with experience in leading change initiatives and driving educational excellence.
- Current VIT registration and proven leadership experience in staff development and pedagogy.
- Effective communicator and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills.
