• An ACECQA-approved Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
• A current State relevant Working with Children's Check, Police Check + PRODA (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
• Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
• Additional Child Protection Training, in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government. Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057 (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Hands-on experience running a large Centre over 100 places, managing effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a sizable team\'s performance
• Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experience engaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
• Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS
