We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to oversee the entire lifecycle of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of contract documentation, as well as maintaining a centralized repository of sales contracts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and renewing agreements with customers and partners
  • Collaborating closely with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives and comply with internal policies
  • Identifying and mitigating risks in sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, service levels, and liability clauses
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
  • Certifications such as CCCM or CPCM are beneficial
  • Knowledge of contract law and regulations
  • Experience in contract management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
