Lead Educational Change

The role of an Educational Leader is to drive transformative change and champion excellence in educational practice. This involves collaborating with educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.

As an Educational Leader, you'll work closely with the centre leadership team to deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

This role requires strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). If you have previous experience leading change in education and hold either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, we'd love to discuss this opportunity further.
