Delivering on our mission, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Strategist to support the organisation's digital roadmap and the delivery of its IT projects. The Enterprise IT Strategist will closely collaborate with organisational departments to ensure solutions address business needs and meet governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide systems expertise, assistance, and problem-solving, and keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends to provide strategic recommendations based on perceived potential benefit or risk to the organisation aligned to our digital roadmap.">
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure optimal integration and streamlining of IT systems and data exchange across different platforms.">
  • Maximise existing and future IT systems usability for optimal productivity and enhance guest and team member experiences.">
  • Lead business processes specific to the selection, purchase, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software, while maintaining IT service and software provider relationships.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders as necessary to lead the implementation of new systems across the organisation.">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven record of IT Systems Management, combined with project management and budgeting skills. Other competencies we are looking for include:
• Formal qualifications in the field(s) of IT, IS, or Computer Science.
• Good operational knowledge of diverse and fast-paced customer-facing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, delivering internal reports with strong attention to detail.
• Highly developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
• High proficiency in the use of IT systems, ERP systems, cloud-hosted platforms.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence and continuous improvement with the ability to model professional standards of conduct, personal presentation, behaviour, and integrity.
• Comfortable to work in an environment which includes native wildlife such as birds and reptiles.
