Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and evaluation on renewable energy-related policies and practices to develop proposals and recommendations.
  • Review and analyze regulations, legislation, and make recommendations to government on changes and the implementation of new regulatory approaches to support the developing Hydrogen industry.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including policy briefs, correspondence, reports, minutes, and briefings.
  • Provide high-level policy advice and support to stakeholders on a broad range of matters relevant to future industry development and ReCFIT activities.
  • Engage in high-level consultation with stakeholders (both internal and external) on policy issues and development, and represent the department on national working groups and similar forums.
  • Assist in coordinating stakeholder engagement and communications functions related to the delivery of industry events and other future industry initiatives.
  • Contribute to and support major projects within ReCFIT.
Desirable Requirements
    • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
