About the Role
The Claims team at MLC Limited is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our customers during their most vulnerable times. As a Case Associate, you will play a vital role in helping our customers navigate the claims process with integrity, fairness, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Process payments in line with authorization and recommendation from Case Consultants
- Request and follow-up on outstanding client documentation and information
- Manage and process payment invoices for all services
- Classify, manage, and complete new mail items from workflow systems within agreed SLAs
- Manage and process re-opening requests of client claims
- Manage and schedule meetings/appointments with third-party stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of low-risk cases
About You
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-driven individual with a strong administrative background. You will have experience supporting team members and be able to meet deadlines and multitask/prioritize. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
