Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Blast Crew Field Operator / MPU Operator to join our team in western NSW. The role involves safe and efficient blast loading activities, mobile equipment maintenance and inspections, daily activity documentation, and regular customer interactions.

This is a 7:7 roster position with the majority of service delivery points and sites based in residential areas such as Parkes and Dubbo in Central NSW. A high-performance 'positive can do' attitude and culture will be valued in this role.

Requirements

The successful applicant will require the following minimum qualifications:

  • National Police clearance
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening and medical fitness for work assessment
  • Ability to perform blast loading activities & standby duties when necessary
Desirable Qualifications
  • Current NSW Security Clearance or equivalent
  • DG driver's license
  • MPU / MSU / MMU experience
  • HR / HC driver's license
